I did not make this one, I sourced it. The cost on it was a good deal given that sterling is going around $80 an ounce and I knew I could find it a home at a fair price to our audience.
 
New, never worn, this is a chunky sapphire, natural stone, on a solid .925 band. 5.5, she can go to a 6 upon request.
