I did not make this one, I sourced it. The cost on it was a good deal given that sterling is going around $80 an ounce and I knew I could find it a home at a fair price to our audience.
Electroforming sterling is a process where they put the sterling over a core to make the shape and then drain the core out. It's fascinating and labor intensive. This is an excellent example of it in Israeli sterling. They're effectively hollow, but the silver is thick enough that it's a sturdy piece. Refurbished. Size 7.
