HEYA FOLKS!

2025 has been a hell of a decade, eh? This is our last correspondence of the year, and its purpose is two-fold. First, we want to thank you from the bottom of our rainbow-slathered hearts. In a year full of microaggressions and aggressions against LGBTQIA+ people, you showed up. In a year of hardship, financial and otherwise, you were there to support queer artistry. We don’t have a gig without you and we want to express our love and solidarity to everyone out there who believes in us and our vision for a future where everyone has autonomy and art, expression, and creativity are celebrated part and parcel alongside true liberty.

Second, a small peek into 2026 plans! Our next major event will be a themed collection March release called “Midnight Masquerade.” You will be cordially invited to drench yourself in finery, and, oh, the plans they’re making. Following that will be our mystery box for the year, with new parameters clearly outlined in an explanatory video, themed to “Dragon’s Den.” The mystery box will have a coordinating collection afterward, too, if the theme appeals but the mystery part does not.

We wish you all the best this season and the next and the next after that, and may our 2026s be far less “interesting” than our 2025s.

1) The last uploads of 2025 will happen this weekend, between 12/12 and 12/14. The last reasonable dates for us to pray to the USPS gods for US delivery is 12/16. USPS is mercurial this time of year, alas. If you're worried about delivery dates, we recommend Peculiarity Shop Gift Cards!

2) The shop will close down for a few weeks as of 12/29 for inventory and respite reasons. I usually soft reopen a week or two into January but will make more formal announcements on Bluesky.

3) As of 1/1/2026, due to rising costs, all domestic USPS orders will have a flat $4 shipping charge. We DO combine orders and refund if you place multiple orders over, say, a week so you will only see that charge once. This change is so that we can pay our artists at a continued rate of 70/30 and the overhead doesn't eat into their take-home. Thank you for understanding.

4) Tariffs and other USPS nonsense means that sometimes, to ship internationally, we need to use FedEx or UPS. I am hoping this changes, but please plan accordingly, international customers. Provide phone numbers on your orders!

5) We ask customers to limit purchases to ten items per week, the weeks running Sunday through Saturday, so our art can reach more hands. These are one of a kind or low batch items and we don't want to lock folks out of opportunities for sparkly fun!

6) We have added a Tip Jar. Tips will go toward supplying our LGBTQIA+ artists with supplies and classes to advance their skills. Thank you!
